Remember the DR CAB mnemonic to keep things organized during an emergency: 1. D - Danger Assessment: First, ensure your safety and the safety of others. Look out for hazards before approaching the victim. 2. R - Response Check: Tap the victim and shout, “Are you okay?” If there’s no response, it’s time to act! 3. C - Circulation Check: Check for a pulse. If absent or
