Rain rates have generally been between 0.25 and 0.50 inches per hours, but local rates in excess of 0.75 inches per hour have been observed in San Luis Obispo county. With such rainfall rates, urban and small stream flooding will be likely through the afternoon. Rocks and mud could impact local roadways
